The actual phrase Haruki planned to use is "baka kaba chindon-ya" (「馬鹿、カバ、チンドン屋」). It's a childish phrase used to taunt/bully people. There doesn't appear to be an English equivalent for this phrase, so it'll be referred to as a "childish insult" instead.

Given that Setsuna previously said that she thinks Haruki is a good guy, the most likely candidate for the complete phrase is 「バッカじゃないの？アンタのこと好きじゃないし！」("Are you an idiot? I don't even like you, you know!")

295			距離的にも、強度的にも問題はないことは何度も確認した。 人並みの運動神経があれば余裕のはず。 もし駄目だったとしても、命綱が安全を保証してくれる。	I'd checked that both distance and strength were fine plenty of times. If I have the reflexes of an average man, I should have some leeway. If I don't, then my lifeline should keep me in check, at least.

310			いつものように、窓を開けておいてくれてたから、 なんとか窓枠に左手を掛けることができた。	Since the window happens to be open like always, my left hand is somehow able to grab hold of the window frame.

312			窓枠にかけた左手を引き寄せ、 左足も窓枠に引っかける。	My left hand latches onto the window frame, and even my left foot gets in.
313			あとは雨どいに引っかけてある右足を思い切り蹴っ飛ばし、 そのまま窓から部屋へとなだれ込むだけ。	All that's left is to kick hard with my right leg from the drain spout, and slip into the room like that.
