5	佐藤	Satou	「ただ、誰かが休憩のときは、 北原さんにヘルプで入ってもらいますので、 いつもよりは余裕があると思います」	"However, whenever someone is taking their break, Kitahara-san will step in and help out, so I believe things will run smoother than usual."
6			半年ぶりにグッディーズのバイトに復帰して、 二日目の稼働日。	I'm here on my second workday after my resignation half a year ago.
7	佐藤	Satou	「あと、研修期間中の杉浦さんですが、 今日から徐々にホールに入ってもらいます。 皆さんもサポートしてあげてください」	"And as for our trainee, Sugiura-san, she'll be slowly integrating into the team in the hall starting from today. Let's support her as much as we can."
8	小春	Koharu	「しばらくはご迷惑をおかけするかと思いますが、 なんとか早く皆さんの邪魔にならないよう頑張りますので、 どうかよろしくお願いします」	"I might still make a few mistakes here and there for the next little while, but I'll work hard to improve myself in order to not drag everyone down. Let's do our best today."
9			そして、たった今ぺこりと頭を下げた彼女… 杉浦小春がバイトを始めて、やっぱり二日目の稼働日。	And at the same time, it's also this girl - who's making a deep bow before us -, Sugiura Koharu's second day on the job.
10			ほぼ予想通りだったけれど、 やっぱりあれくらいの仕打ちにめげるような、 打たれ弱い女の子では全然なさそうだった。	Just as I expected, she's definitely not some weakling who'd be discouraged by what happened last time.

12			佐藤店長代理の、思ったより堂に入った朝礼が終わると、 みんな一斉に自分の持ち場へと散っていく。	After temporary manager Satou's morning meeting that was a little more formal than usual, they each head off to our separate stations.

15			こうなると、決まった担当を持たない俺と、 別命あるまで待機の杉浦さんが、 どうしても気まずく顔を合わせる羽目になる。	As a result, me, who hasn't been specified a position, and her, who's been asked to stay on standby, are forced to stay here gazing at one another with an awkward look on our faces.

25	小春	Koharu	「まだお昼時には早いので、 お客様も大した数は来店しないと思います。 多分、それほど周囲に迷惑はかけません」	"It'll be a while before noon, so I think there won't be as many customers for the time being. I believe I won't be in the others' way in that time frame."

29	小春	Koharu	「多分、１１時過ぎ頃から、わたしがいたら 回りきれなくなるので、そこからは見学します。 先輩はそのまま１３時までヘルプに入っててください」	"At around 11, I'll probably get in the way of the others if I stayed there, so I'll be observing everyone in the back. Please help the others out until 1 p.m."

33	小春	Koharu	「次にホールに入るのは１５時くらいかと思いますが、 その辺りは、午前中のわたしの結果を見て 判断してください」	"I would like to go back to helping out at around 3, but I'll let you decide if that's the best course of action for me based on my performance in the morning."

40			何しろ、俺が考えてきたタイムスケジュールと、 まるっきり同じこと言ってるし。	After all, her plan is nearly identical to the one I had come up with.

82			二日目にして、すでに俺の出番がなくなりつつある…	It's only her second day, and I've already ran out of things to teach her, for the most part...

85			学習能力も、熱意も、ついでにしつこさも、 俺がここで見たバイトの中じゃトップクラス。	Be it her knack for learning, passion, or perseverance, she definitely stands amongst the top of the part timers I've seen.
86			極端な話、この調子で仕事していったら、 冬休み中の短期バイトにも関わらず、 期間中にチーフを任せることだって…	I'd even go so far as to say that at the rate she's learning, even if she's only planning to part-time during the winter break, I don't see any problem in making her one of the hall chiefs...

97			迂闊にも、ここに至ってようやく 目の前の邪悪なる店長代理の意図に気づく体たらく。	Despite him beating around the bush, I finally managed to sniff out what this fiendish substitute manager in front of me was scheming.
98	佐藤	Satou	「今日、合コンなんすよ。 それでその、遅番足りないんで、 北原さんお願いできないっすかね？」	"There's a mixer going on today. And, well, there's not enough people on the night shift, so... I was wondering if you could fill in for me."
99	春希	Haruki	「い、いや、ちょっと待て。 俺、教育係だけって約束じゃ…？」	"H-hold on. Didn't you say I would only need to be on training duty?"
100	佐藤	Satou	「すっげぇ美味しい話なんすよ！ 今年銀行に入った友達が、 同期入社の窓口のコたち呼んでくれるって…」	"They say it's going to be one hell of a party! A friend of mine working at a bank told me that some of the new girls at his place are planning on going..."

155			いつもは峰城大の学生で賑わうこの店も、 週末の夜ともなると家族連ればかり。	While usually crowded with students from Houjou, it becomes a hot spot for family outings during weekend evenings.
156			駅から少し歩くこともあり、 席が空くのを待っているお客様はいないけど、 それでも八割方は埋まっている。	Even though it's a bit of a walk from the station and there's never really a line up, the store's still 80% full most of the time.

158			キッチンには、俺と本田君の２人。	Honda and I are the only people in the kitchen.	Sure doesn't look like it from the background art, but that's what it says.
159			遅番のもう一人は、さっき電話で『今起きた』との 頼もしい言葉を聞くことができた。	We also got in touch with the other night shift worker, whose reassuring message of "just got up" let us breathe a sigh of relief.

161			ホールには、女性陣が３人。	The hall's being taken care of by 3 of our girls.
162			とはいえ能力的には、やっと２．５人に届いたくらい。 この店の、本来の最低ラインである５人に、 ほんの少し届かない、土曜日の夜。	But in terms of raw performance, there's only about 2.5 people's worth out there. Even though we haven't quite reached the recommended 5-person minimum for running the place, we haven't given up on our battle on this Saturday night.
163			ちょっとだけ、処理能力的に破綻してる店内。	Evidently, the store's a little short on people right now.
164			…ここでもし今、俺が抜け出してしまったら、 一体どんな惨状が待ち受けているんだろう。	...If I were to leave my post right now, I can't even imagine how badly the others would suffer.

1100			俺が『もしかかってきたら』なんて思いを馳せていたとき、 雪菜は、もっと深い[R懊悩^おうのう]に囚われてた。	Just as I was about to let a "if only I followed up with a call" cross my mind, Setsuna trapped herself further in her mental anguish.
1101	雪菜	Setsuna	「だから勇気を出してかけてみようって… そんなことを決心するのに、まる一日」	"That's why I tried to build up my courage... Deciding all of that took me an entire day."
1102			…そんなの、当たり前。 だって俺は受けることしか考えてなかった。 けれど雪菜は、俺がそういう態度を取るって知ってた。	...That's a matter of course. After all, I only thought about being on the receiving end. And Setsuna knows that about me as well.
1103	雪菜	Setsuna	「本当は、すごく声が聞きたいんだけど、 でも、電話だと時間が遅すぎるかなって… メールとどっちにしようかって、決めるのに三時間」	"I really, really wanted to hear your voice, but... I was worried whether or not it was too late at night for me to call, and... Choosing between calling or texting took me another 3 hours."
1104			だから、自分で動くしか… 勇気を振り絞るか否か、しか選択肢がなかった。	That's why she could only take the initiative... She could only build up the courage to make the first move. She had no other choice.
1105	雪菜	Setsuna	「一時間前になって、 何を話せばいいのか決めてないことに気づいて、 キーワードをノートに書き殴って、頭抱えて…」	"An hour before, I finally realized that I didn't really know what to talk to you about, so I wrote down a bunch of keywords in my notebook, and held my head..."	Not sure of a good way to say the last part. That thing you do when you hold your head during stressful times.
1106			そんな苦悩を、呆れることなんかできない。 『馬鹿だな』って、言ってやれない。	She couldn't just turn a blind eye to these troubles plaguing her mind. She couldn't just laugh it off thinking just how stupid it all was.
1107	雪菜	Setsuna	「やっぱりやめようってそう決心して、 お風呂入ろうとしたら、洗面所の鏡に ボロボロ泣いてるわたしが映っちゃってて…っ」	"And then I finally decide to give up, and to just shower and go to bed, I caught a glimpse at just how badly I was crying in the bathroom mirror..."
1108			本当は、ものすごく馬鹿なのに。	Even though everything was indeed as stupid as all hell.
1109	雪菜	Setsuna	「やっぱり駄目だって。 一度声を聞いてしまったせいで、 もう一度声が聞けないと我慢できないって」	"So I couldn't help it. After hearing your voice once, I couldn't help but want to hear it again."	This line only plays if you chose to call Setsuna in that one choice way back when
