  Volume 3, Chapter 4

    Things are going haywire, literally.

     With Student Council President Shizuku Sangou entering a beauty pageant, excitement

at Seitetsu Academy has reached a fever pitch. Originally, the "beautiful" attribute was

arbitrarily imposed by the Bishoujo Research Club or given to a particular girl simply because

"everyone says she's beautiful," but after this pageant, a universally recognized (or should

we say, "beautiful") beauty is finally about to emerge, and everyone's excitement is

undeniable.

    Thanks to the pageant, other projects have largely fallen by the wayside, and the

implementation committee is feeling rather awful. As a result, the pageant has been

postponed to the first day of the cultural festival to diffuse the chaos, but even then, the
