The Japanese way of typing LOL is typing the letter w for warai/laugh and typing a bunch looks like grass (wwwwwwwwww).  It's the equivalent of going lololololol!  So Yuuri is like "It's not grass! (they wouldn't laugh!)  Although it is grass! (it's a grass-lot baseball team!)"</ref>

"A high schooler who can put together an amature team is impressive, but nowadays you can't use a baseball uniform as a Halloween costume anymore."
