Chocolat was patting my head while I was crying out loud.

The breathing of the excited Yuragi was rough.

“Ahahahahahahahahaha! Ama-chi’s snotty face looks so weird”

Yuuouji was laughing as she wants.

“Sh-shurrdap!” <ref>>Sh-shut up</ref>

“But, why were you trying to shoot that at me?”

“D-dat’s; I hab a siduation………” <ref>>Th-that’s, I have a situation……….</ref>

“Ahahahaha! I don’t understand what you are saying at all”

…………is this that so-called “Karma”; now I know.

After 10 minutes, my tears and snot problem somehow got fixed but, the situation was at its worst.

Now that my only absolute method is destroyed; I have no plans left.

Kuh……..this is bad, this is really bad.

“Where should we go next?”

Beside me when I was agonizing, Chocolat was talking nonchalantly.

“Judging by the time it looks like we can’t go that far so, this is a tough choice……….ah, Chocolat Onee-chan, this looks interesting”

Yuragi pointed at a part of the pamphlet she was holding.

“[Water x Ghost]…………Aah, basically a haunted mansion with water usage”

“Haunted huh, that sounds fun”

It’s true that the attraction looks quite interesting but, I have no time to play at all. I have to hurry up with a way to make Yuuouji cry.

“Sorry I’ll-----“

“L-let’s not do that”

Right when I was about to say “pass”, an unexpected rejection came up.

“Yuuouji?”

What’s going on? She loves this kind of stuff.

“Ouka-san, you’re opposing?”

Chocolat also asked back with an unexpected face.

“N-no, it’s not that big like opposing. Eeerrr, I already graduated from haunted mansions. That is childish and I am not so interested in it”

“Childish…………”

I never would have thought that word would come out from Yuuouji.

But what is this. I kind of experienced this feeling just now…………..ah, it’s me during that time with the scream machine.

I made that lie because I was too scared to ride……..Hn? Wait, that means…………

“Yuuouji are you perhaps………..scared?”

“……………th-that’s not true”

I knew my face distorted disgustingly.

“Then you can go in right~~”

Our position is completely reversed.

Yuuouji’s face was completely stiff. Clearly by her reaction, it’s definite that she’s bad with horror.

I don’t know if that she would cry conveniently but, my secret weapon ended with a miss and now that I have no replacement plans; the value on betting in the fundamental emotions of fear was big.

“Okay, then it’s settled”

“Ueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeii!”

Yuuouji raised a dumb witted sound.

“No no, that’s not something to be surprised at”

She was giving off the atmosphere of about to say “Let’s not” so, I calmed her down my tapping her shoulders.

“Ahyabeshiii!”

Yuuouji raised a death agony like a small fry in the end of the century and jumped up. That’s a scared pattern beyond my expectations…………I might be able to expect something from this.




Meanwhile, we reached in front of the [Water x Ghost]. The outer appearance gave off a scary artistic feel.

A Staff one-chan smiled and asked us at the entrance.

“It’s a couple I see, go on ahead in together”

“Ah, no we aren’t really a couple-----“

“T-that’s right, to-together! I will go together with Ama-chi!”

It seems that Yuuouji only heard the together part and shouted without hearing the end of the sentence. Oi oi, just how scared are you……….

Well, it will be a problem for me if I wasn’t paired with her so, this is really convenient too.

I feel anxious leaving Chocolat and Yuragi but, I guess I’ll focus on the mission now.

“………..Let’s go, Yuuouji”

“Y-yes, I-i will be counting on you”

“……………are you really okay?”

“O-okie dookie”

Which part of you……………….your character is completely ruined.

Yuuouji grabbed my hand and was panicking. She was completely afraid and was walking like a grandma.

It was dim around us and the atmosphere inside was coming out but, taking aside the fact that the ground has water flowing on the floor, the place doesn’t look any different from a normal haunted mansion.

“O-one human, two human”

The flustered Yuuouji was counting down something unknown while writing the word羊 in her palms, before swallowing it. I don’t know if she wanted to sleep or relax but at the very least, I think that won’t help her lose her fear. <ref>(Sheep + Counting down = trying to sleep(Maybe?))</ref>

“Oh?”

Drips of water started falling on my shoulders. It’s a prop signifying that this is within a pool establishment.

Each time water drops onto Yuuouji’s shoulders, she would [Hii] [Hii] twitch her body…………..she’s probably the best-class customer to scare for the people who are doing the scaring.

“……….Yuuouji, are you okay?”

In order to clear the mission, it would really convenient to have Yuuouji scared to her wits end but, I talked to her because I felt a little pity about who scared she was.

“Th-things like are you okay; I was never scared in the first place------“



“Gigyooraaaaa!”



Something jumped out from the aquarium beside us and interrupted Yuuouji’s sentence.

“Uhyaaaaaaaaaa!”

It’s identity; is a full body green mermaid.

Yuuouji who got terrified at that grotesques appearance, was  grabbing onto my swim trunks and trembling.

“A-auu………au………….”

“Yuuouji. It’s a fake so don’t worry”

“E-even if you say that, it looks so real-----huh?”

“Gigyooraaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”

Another suddenly appeared from the opposite side.

“Uhyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!”

“Ah, oi, Yuuouji!”

After screaming loudly, she ran off before giving me any chance to stop her.



“Oiiiii, Yuuouji”

It has been a few minutes that I was moving forward while calling Yuuouji.

Found her. Yuuouji was sitting on the middle of the road while hugging her knees and her body was trembling.

“Hic……….hic………..”

………..She’s crying like a child.

“You……….why are you getting so scared from a haunted mansion this normal”

“Because………….because, I was scared”

It was the first time she honestly admitted it and she gripped onto my hand I extend out to her tightly.

“O-oi, hey you…………….”

Even though her attitude is more childish, her expression wet from her tears looked really erotic and that made me look away by reflex.

Hn………wait………….wet by tears?

“U-uoooooooooooh!”

I-isn’t this situation the same as clearing the mission!

I really feel bad that she’s seriously scared but, I prepared the waterproof camera hanging from my neck.

I’ll quickly snap a picture and bring her outside. The moment I thought that and made a stance with the camera,

Someone’s finger poked Yuuouji’s shoulders.

Yuuouji turned around. What she saw was------

“Gigyooraaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”

“Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”

Yuuouji who turned mad when she saw the 3rd mermaid, hugged onto me.

“O-oi………..wait, heh?”

She then snatched the camera from my hand and threw it at the mermaid with all her might.

“GO THEEEEEEEREEE!”

The camera that landed right at the mermaid’s grim face, made a nasty sound before falling onto the ground.

“A-are you kidding me!”

I quickly picked it up; even though it’s water proof, the camera which isn’t that sturdy, got destroyed.

T-the best opportunity………….

“Uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!”

Without even the time to grief, Yuuouji screamed and ran off again.

“Y-Yuuouji!”

I quickly chased after her.



“Ah found her”

Yuuouji wasn’t sitting down this time but rather she was standing still in the middle of the road.

I got closer and noticed something weird. Although her tears stopped, her expression looks empty.

“Y-Yuuouji, are you okay?”

“……………….”

She won’t answer. Her eyes doesn’t looked focused and err, isn’t this bad?

“Kanade”

“……….Eh?”

Wh-what did she just say?

“Kanade”

She said it clearly once more and gripped my swim trunks tightly.

“Yu-Yuuouji?”

What? What is happening here?

“You aren’t Kanade?”

“No, I am definitely Kanade but, that isn’t the problem………..”

Another word came flying out from Yuuouji’s mouth next.

“Piggyback”

“………………huh?”

“I am scared so give me a piggyback”

“No, piggyback you………….”

Her talking pattern crossed to another dimension of childishness; it practically feels like she’s a child.

Maybe this……………She reverted back into a child from the fear?

“Hey………..Piggyback”

There’s no way that manga-like event will…………..but in reality, the Yuuouji in front of me completely has the expression and posture from a child in kindergarten.

“H-here………..”

“Hn……..”

Without any choice, I lend her my back. Maybe she was really terrified; she immediately hugged onto me with all her strength.

Of course, the thing touching my back will be touching if she does that…………..

“Yu-Yuuouji, don’t cling onto me-----“

“Ooka”

“Huh?”

“Not Yuuouji, Ooka”

Ooka?...........Aaah, she meant Ouka huh………wait, she’s telling me to call her by her name?

I felt the cluster of softness being crushed behind me. N- no good……..this isn’t good.

She was satisfied and said that before relaxing her grip.

W-what is with this situation………….

Since nothing can be helped even if I grieved, I continued moving forward while giving Yuuouji a piggyback.

Maybe her fear got somehow reduced because she was getting carried, she was docile at first but………….

Each time she gets scared, she would cling onto me tighter so her breast would touch my back each time and I felt a living hell different from the face of fear.

Just how much of a fan for mermaids does this haunted mansion have…………..normally, the fear would probably be lighter with this continuous chain but, Yuuouji was screaming loudly just like before.

“Fu……….Fue…………Fueeeeeeeeeeeeeee!”

She did not try to run because I was carrying her but, she started crying again.

“O-oi, it’s okay so don’t cry, Ouka”

Even though I was flustered, I tried to calm Yuuouji down. I made Manami-chan cry just now too but this situation is completely different.

That’s because, it’s a 16 year old girl crying on my back.

“Uu………..hic hic…………..”

I tried hard while walking but, Yuuouji’s tears won’t stop. Judging by the point of view of clearing the mission, I can’t say that this situation is great but, in my current situation where my camera is broken, it doesn’t mean anything no matter how much Yuuouji cries. It’s ideal that she can maintain her unsettled condition until we get out but………..

Yuuouji’s crying turned worse instead.

A fork road appeared in front of me when I was moving forward while feeling troubled. It’s completely separated to left and right so it’s hard to judge how near the exit is by the appearance.

Okay, which should I pick---------



“Choose:

1. Go left ※You will reach the exit immediately but, Yuuouji Ouka will stop crying.

2. Go right ※The path is longer to the goal and is the parade of aberrant fear. Yuuouji Ouka will still be crying after the goal”



…………..i should pick 2 here; I probably can accurately complete the mission if I borrow a camera from someone after reaching the goal…………….

I looked at Yuuouji who I was carrying.

“Hic……..hic…………”

She really looked like a child. She’s crying because she’s scared; only that. Yuuouji really is feeling discomfort from this situation from the bottom of her heart.

………………after seeing her like that, there’s no way I can pick 2.

“Ouka…………..We will be going out soon”

“………Really?”

“Yeah, I’ll bring you to the exit so don’t cry”

“Un…..sniff…………I’ll work hard since Kanade says so”

She was still sniffing a little but, she’s calmer than just now.

I walked towards the left and after walking forward; the goal appeared slightly 10 meters away just like what the choice described. 

“Uoo………………”

The sun was bright and it made me frown my face in reflex.

The staff onee-san at the exit came closer with a smile.

“Yes, good work in there………….”

However, she stopped her words when she saw me carrying Yuuouji.

………….well, people would normally turn like that after seeing this situation through their point of view.

“N-no it isn’t what you are thinking. Get down, Ouka”

“Don’t want to”

Just like what the choice described, Yuuouji stopped crying along the way but, she was stuck onto me and won’t let go.

“It’s comfortable here so I want to stay here forever”

………..It seems that her child transformation hasn’t clear out. Are you kidding me……….what should I do with this.

“Do-don’t be selfish and get down”

I semi-forcefully pull her off.

Yuuouji puffed her cheeks and glared at me. Normally, it can be said that Yuuouji is never angry but, her showing this expression is quite fresh.

“E-err………….”

The staff Onee-san, timidly talked to me. Uu………..she probably thinks I’m a pervert.

“………..each individual have their own taste. I never thought about [Uwah, there’s no way he is going with the child play in this public area like this. It’s at the level where I would commit seppuku from the embarrassment]”

“You’re thinking something worse than my expectations!”

I couldn’t bear it any longer and quickly pulled Yuuouji to escape.

I stopped running and Yuuouji pulled my swim trunks right when I took a breather unintentionally.

Yuuouji forcefully took my hand and pull me to the toilet.

“………seriously. I’ll wait here then”

“Follow me inside”

I spurt out in reflex.

“Because, it’s scary to go alone”

It’s the continuation from just now huh……..just how scared is she.

“I know that you are scared but, there’s no way a guy can enter the girls toilet”

“Then, I will go to boy’s side”

“No, that’s a no too”

“Why?”

You have a 16 year old body. It’ll become something crazy.

“Anyway, a no is a no”

Yuuouji *Mu---* puffed her cheeks before shouting.

“Why won’t you go potty with me!”

“Wai-you!”

I quickly covered her mouth but it was too late.

[Oi, what did she meant by that……….] [Something about going together into the toilet] [Youngsters these days………] [I wonder why the girl is talking like a child] [Wait, do those sorts of play in your own house] [The-then how about I join in too………]

……………I always think this but, does the final part for these sorts of commotion always end with a punch line…………….No, I have no time to be thinking about that. Those cold gazes hurts too much.

Even when I was depressed, Yuuouji was rampaging around.

“Wa-wait, just calm down there. Be a good girl and go in alone-----“



“Choose:

1. Go in together.

2. Turn (♀) and go in together ※The (♀) state will resolve within today”

Don’t tell me…………..the dreaded memories of when Chocolat first came to my house resurfaced.

Yuuouji peeked at me worriedly………………no good, I am at my limits. I have no choice but to make up my mind.

The moment I stepped into the toilet, the headache mostly cleared out.

The reason why it isn’t completely gone……………….is because I have to wait for Yuuouji to finish?

I shut my eyes and covered my face with my palm.

“Why are you covering your hands?”

I am considered out as a human being by the point I entered here but; should I say this as self-satisfaction, this was the final and last line that must not be crossed.

“D-don’t worry about it and just go already”

“Un……….”

Yuuouji let out a somewhat unsatisfied voice and entered a cubicle. Good, she might even ask me to go in together if that went on.

“Fuu…………”

I leaned against the wall. What’s next is to wait for Yuuouji to come out and leave-----

“Err…………..is something wrong?”

“!?”

Suddenly, a voice that obviously does not belong to Yuuouji talked to me.

“N-no, errr, ab-about this, nothing is going on here so, so-sorry, pl-please anything but the police!”

I replied back unnaturally. C-calm down, I am not Kanade now but Kanade-chan. If I handle this calmly then It won’t be found out.

The female replied back in perplexed.

“Police? I don’t understand what you are saying but………..are you feeling ill? Your face is red and you’re sweating a lot”

“I-I am okay so don’t worry”

Well…….that’s an obvious question.

“I…….no, I, lo-love these kind of stuff. I get really excited when I enter the toilet while covering my eyes”

Should I call this a silver lining in misfortune. The disgusted girl stepped back and fade out outside just like that (Judged by the footsteps.

Yuuouji talked to me there. Since the remaining headache dispersed at that timing, I walked along the wall and immediately retreated outside.

I’m tired………….nothing good happened the whole day today but, that just now was the most tiring.

I lifted my face to find, a group of 3 frivolous guys.

All 3 of them were blonde, has nose piercings and dark skinned; the triple conditions and it was hard to distinguish them. They look like those flashy guys that appear in old dramas.

Why did these bunch talk to me?

A chill attacked my spine. Yuuouji hid behind me in fear.

All of them were grinning…………what is this, it feels so nasty enough to make me puke. Is this the physiology disgust that the girls always talk about?

The guy’s frivolous attitude crumbled and was oozing in anger.

He could still smoothen it out at that point but-------

“Guh!”

Yuuouji kicked the guy’s leg with all her strength.

“I hate you. Go over there, Beh!”

Yuuouji’s attitude accelerated the guy’s anger.

“……….why you, don’t get ahead of yourself!”

The guy with blood boiling in his head, grabbed Yuuouji’s wrist.

“O-ouch…………….”

The moment Yuuouji raised a thin voice---------

Something snapped in my head.


“Don’t touch Ouka!!”



My body moved before I could think.

“Oh…………Gue……..”

My fist launched into the guy’s stomach.

Maybe the spot might have been too good, the guy collapsed to the ground and fainted with white eyes.

No good, I didn’t want to go that far…………

“Thi-this woman……….”

“Don’t look down on us”

This is bad…………..the remaining two got lighted with fire. What should I do…………….the moment I was prepared to protect Ouka,

“Help! We are being attacked by these people!”

Ouka’s loud voice which could even be said “Is this enough” echoed.

[What?] [It isn’t just a normal pick up?] [Hey, shouldn’t we call the staff?]

The people around us brought their attention here one after another to find out what is happening.

“Tsk……….”

“Damn it…………”

The two guys, who made angry expressions, did not even try to help their fainted comrades and disappeared off to somewhere.



“Ha-haaaaa…………”

The moment I couldn’t see them anymore, my body fully relaxed and I fell on the spot.

That was scary……….that was really scary. This is probably something a male would never understand.

“Eh?”

I felt something suddenly hugging onto me.

“O-Ouka?”

Yuuouji was hugging me from behind.

“Thank you for saving me”

“O-oi…………”

“I was really happy when I knew Kanade was protecting me”

“H-hey…………..”

“My breast are touching so get off” was what I was about to say but, I stopped.

Nothing perverted was born inside of me at all.
