Eita had yet to call. 

I sent him a message telling him to, yet he hasn’t called. 

I’ve been waiting all this time, and yet…

“Geez, monyo, what could he be doing, monyo, monyo monyo”

I threw myself down on the bed and glared at my phone while savoring his school shoes with my cheek.

I set the heating to full power, so I wasn’t cold despite being naked. 

Rather, it felt quite nice since the sheets were cold to the touch. 

The pork miso soup that Eita brought me was delicious, so I just wanted to call him to say thanks.

Has he not read the message yet?

Or is it that he's in the middle of something and can’t make a call?

What could he possibly doing in the middle of the night on Christmas.

If he were at a nice party with Harusaki-san, that would be cause for a great celebration, but that doesn’t seem likely from what it looked like when he came to give me soup.

In terms of probability, what's most likely is that he's just in the middle of studying and hasn’t realized.

That lecturing bookworm...it's possible he just left his phone in his bag and then just put in his earphones to listen to some music while studying. Or possibly, he realized and is just ignoring me? It happened before and resulted in a fight. He wasn’t replying nearly enough so I had to directly pay him a visit uninvited, and I got a hug in exchange. Geez, if that was your plan all along, I suppose I’ll forgive you.  You’re quite the schemer, aren’t you Eita. 

“Monyo, monyon, monyomonyomoo!”

Or is it possible that Akishino Himeka or Fuyuumi Ai are intervening? 

Akishino-san may be a possibility. She may have taken Mana along and gone to Eita’s house uninvited. Well, if that's the case then it's not like a misunderstanding could arise, so its nothing worth worrying about. 

As expected, the one I should be anxious about is Fuyuumi Ai. 

Did that disciplinary committee member embodiment of a lovestruck mind take Eita out to some place?

She probably said something like “It’s not fair you only pay attention to Chiwa” in order to fan the flames of guilt within him and forcibly make him go along with her. Against a good-natured person like Eita, that sort of thing is certainly effective.

Don't tell me...they're alone together right now?

“Monyo! Monyonyonyo, nyooooon”

Ah.

I’ve discovered something amazing. 

Monyo with my chest feels amazing as well.<ref>The word used is おっぱい, so she literally means just rubbing things on her breasts rather than her cheek</ref>

Fufufu<ref>Soft laughing noise</ref>. This is something really good I’ve realized. The happiness is double before.

Anyhow. Fuyuumi Ai. 

It was just the other day that I made her realize the difference between her and Harusaki-san, but is it possible she still hasn’t given up? How stubborn. She really just doesn’t know when to give up. Still liking Eita even after being rejected? Learn to have some shame. Monyo monyo.

Monyoing between my breasts feels even better monyo… 

The trick is to think of Eita’s face when I do it.

By doing so, the pleasure increases threefold. This is bad. Amazing. I’m overflowing with happiness. 

It was at that time that my phone rang from beside my pillow. 

Someone sent me a message!

I placed the school shoes beside my pillow and opened my phone.

Geez Eita. You finally noticed, huh? Even though I told you to give me a phone call, why send a message? Well, it doesn’t matter since he sent me a message and…

Messages sent to me have roughly a 70 percent chance to be from Eita, 10 percent chance to be from Mana, and 20 percent chance to be some sort of spam mail.

However, the address being displayed belonged to none of those. 

It wasn’t an address I had saved, but I knew who the sender was by the company domain alone.

“...What does he want at a time like this?”

It’s not like it could be a Christmas message.

Is he sending me information on the other party for the marriage meeting we talked about?

He is still keeping his promise of letting me do as I please for these three years in highschool, but the preparations for what will happen after I graduate have been steadily making progress. He never passes something up that he can benefit from. I considered just ignoring the message, but doing so may put him in a bad mood which wouldn’t go well. 

“...?!”

The instant I read the message, I felt myself become paralyzed. 

Sweat surfaced on my skin and my phone fell out of my hands. 

...Always

I’ve always waited for this moment, and it has finally come.
