Is that "Rai Chiya Tsuta"? or "Ki-chatta"(来ちゃった, notice the small pieces)? I don't know about the first but "Ki-chatta", in these circumstances can mean "I came over (for a visit/to play/etc)" or "I've come over (for a visit/to play/etc)" or something similar (See [http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101029041029AAaVyNV here]). 来ちゃった is the correct form. since I didn't know how to make the 'small kanas'. Though in Chinese, I got 来啦. So it can be 'I'm coming' or 'I just came'.  [[User:Kira0802|Kira]] ([[User_talk:Kira0802|Talk]]) 00:15, 27 July 2011 (UCT)

I still say "I came over (to play)" sounds much better. "Ki-chatta" kind of gives that feeling from what I've seen in anime and manga examples. Plus Charl's expression and behavior in this instance also fits. It can also give off a slightly mischievous feeling in the ecchi sense.
