Actually, for that one as well, when I read it again later I realized he was talking about Pakkusu making a strong connection with the slave traders that he can use them and that was the benefit that earned him +1 imperial guard. By the way, shouldn´t the chpater name be more something like Speedy Resolution, or Fast Resolution? I know that the original chapter name is Speedo..., but we are talking about japanese there, and their english is usually... −	It could also be Quick Resolution, though I'm not really all that specific about it, many of the titles I tried to go for short hand English equivalents as I could.
