I'd say this series is already beyond American ratings. Just look at one of the more recent reviews for Mushoku on mangaupdates, rather than the descriptive or graphic nature, there's just too many topics this series covers that sensitive people are bothered by slavery is basically okay in the Mushoku world as well. This chapter wasn't really graphic at all IMO. I can imagine some people would be sensitive to the ages though. This is the most graphic chapter of Mushoku, and it doesn't even compare to 16.5, but this is basically this series 16.5 equivalent. The only reason the 15+ note is left is because that is technically still a part of the chapter by the Author --Dark Kaito (talk) 19:10, 19 July 2014 (CDT)

Well the part about slavery... it would be stranger were it not to be normal there (just look into midle age and well, even in our current world it still exists, though a bit more secrretly). As for the age... well one is 40+ and the other one is 15, which should make it legal in most countires (ok, lets forget that his body is only 13 years old or so). Anyway, in my country this series would easily pass. I don´t remember seeing even one book with 18+ label no matter how much graphic it was, as long as there are no pictures (and maybe it is not something on the level of Nukige VN dialogues, though I am unsure about this) it should pass. By the way, could you send me some links to the reviews? I almost never come to mangaupdates so I don´t even know where to start searchig for it.--Zuruumi (talk) 19:36, 19 July 2014 (CDT)
