Personally, I think present tense suits more this kind of story. It's not the first present tense novel I read, and I think this is the best suited for that.

BTW the other 3 were originally written in present tense, didn't they? I sensed that it suited them best.

I should clarify, at least for the sake of my conscience, that the tense-comment was by a different individual:  that one seems to have been from 80.58.205.38, whereas I think mine for the past few months have probably been from 83.104.133.97.  While I can have very strong impressions about copy-editing, I hold much greater doubt in my ability to choose between different writing styles or translation possibilities.

I am grateful that you have let me know that the comments made are of concern.  It would be very helpful to me at this point if any strong reasons underlying these were revealed to me.  There is positive motivation to write visible impressions and comments, and there is negative motivation to use the forum/s which, if I understand correctly, would require account creation, account management, regular logging in/out et cetera.  That the making of comments is of concern to another creates negative motivation to continue as I have been, but by itself without corollaries (?) insufficient negative motivation to reach the transition state (?) activation energy to effect a behaviour change.

Possibly reasons that I can think of are that creation of discussion pages for each chapter (short though they may be) creates some kind of unintuitively large load on the wiki hardware involved, and/or that you have role in the operation or management of either these wiki pages or of the forum and/or have a strong desire that your preferred means of organisation be implemented.

I have checked certain places where I imagine the name Novium would be mentioned if it were of significance, but I confess I have found no reference to it and deeply apologise if I have overlooked such a place or if I've failed to remember a prior interaction of relevance.

In short...  yes...  can you give me a valid technical reason for why I should change my behaviour, a valid claim to authority for why I should rightly respect your preferences over my own or those of any other near-anonymous writer in these spaces, or a third strong reason for a change of behaviour that I have not guessed at the shape of?  I apologise for the possible rudeness of this request, but hope that my inertia is understandable (particularly after long experience in the Internet in which bowing to the will of all others without first questioning tends to quickly lead to disaster).
