I have a PRS-T1 and use it to read and test the epubs that I made. If you reder does work normaly with CSS not like iBooks then it will work like it should(there are some problems with iBooks and CSS working with Images).
I use [http://www.calibre-ebook.com/ Calibre] to create ePUBs and MOBI also if needed any other formats. And as eBook Library.<br />
And [http://code.google.com/p/sigil/ Sigil] to edit. It's a WYSIWYG(„What You See Is What You Get“) editor, so you can see the changes you made.<br />
If you are lazy and don't want to download Sigil, you can change ".epub" to ".zip" and open it as a normal archive.<br />
Last but not least, if you wish to edit the ePUB manualy do read the [http://idpf.org/epub standards] privided by [http://idpf.org <idpf>].<br />
The latest version of ePUB is ePUB 3.0 but only a smal fraction of ePUB readers do work with ePUB 3.0(HTML5 and CSS3) so use the ePUB 2.0.1 referece.<br />

If someone needs any doc or odt files, just say so.
