We have changed the primary narration tense to present tense. For a more detailed (though still incomplete) explanation, see the baka-tsuki forum thread, post #164 (page 11).

Currently, the following rules apply:

# Narration and thoughts are written in present tense.

== Punctuation & Style Rules ==
* Em-dashes (—) without spaces should be used for separating thoughts and marking unfinished thoughts.
* Instances for which no rules have been defined are to be dealt with appropriately by using normal quotes, italics or no special treatment at all.
