So, just for clarification, the anime and manga http://img197.imageshack.us/img197/653/6548763.jpg incorrectly translated it and it is actually MikaDzuki right? I mean you can see how confusing it is when the different spelling is so widely used and then google turns around and says it does in fact have a D in it.
Yes, the correct spelling is MikaDzuki. You can check that in "Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai guideline:Names and Terminology".
