As above said, what I know about playing poker with joker cards is roughly the same. The joker can be changed into whatever the best hand possible is. Example: If you have 2 Jacks, let's say the Jack of Spades and the Jack of Hearts, 2 Kings, the King of Diamonds and the King of Clubs and a Joker, your hand would be a 'Full House'(A double and a triple) instead of the normal 'Two Pairs'(Two doubles and an extra card).
