It is "after parting with Purusena". It's better if somebody TLC the line above because it's a bit tricky. About "achishi", I think it's actually achi(あち) as in ”あちら”. I got a bit differ translation after translating it myself. The translator didn't put all 3 "Nyah" which saddens me - Superman.
