tl;dr the block system think the last IP by banned account [[user:JannaBoelter|JannaBoelter]] is 127.0.0.1. There may be a misconfigure somewhere (or maybe it a one time thing due to a maintenance happening at the same moment ?) | |||
I did a stopgap measure by altering the block so it doesn't autoblock other account with the same IP. No other complains so far. | |||

tl;dr the block system think the last IP by banned account JannaBoelter is 127.0.0.1. There may be a misconfigure somewhere (or maybe it a one time thing due to a maintenance happening at the same moment ?)
