Every time I see japanese people taling about how bread is made, I get more and more convinced that they've mistaken "cake" for "bread". Salt is a basic ingredient for bread, and salt-free bread has to be marked as "salt-free". Noodle dough has the exact same composition as unleavened bread dough, and the only difference with regular (leavened) bread dough is the yeast.--Kemm (talk)
