Hi everybody!

I've been lurking around here, ever since sometime in December 2009. I was/am a Haruhi fan ever since I found the Live a Live episode (fandubbed, of course) on Youtube. That soon followed with TvTropes, and their equal love for our beautiful goddess, and one of their pages (Genius Bonus or Viewers Are Geniuses) brought me here!

Then Hachette did the double middle finger salute, and Haruhi got a C&D, and got abandoned.

Darn.

Currently, I've gotten hold of the first 8 Haruhi novels, translated, and annotated with all the notes that made the Baka-Tsuki translation so darn good. All from Google Cache.

Things on my to-do list

• Volume 9

- Prologue

- Chapter 1

- Chapter 2 (Note: Google Cache doesn't have it, so... I've gotta get one of the translators to help.)

- Chapter 3

- Epilogue

• Fix up Seitenkan.

- What I see there is bad. Apart from Volume 1, the rest are dead. And Melancholy of Asahina Mitsuuru's just doesn't look good. A lot of formatting is needed, and luckily, I've got (practically) the whole series to work from.

• Write.

- I'm a journalist, of some kind. If you're on FB, and play Mousehunt, and read the Nibbler, you'll see an Ashley pop up quite often as a contributor. Yeah. There's a reason why I mention him.
