Um, one more question, what about pending project? It meets approval criteria AFAIK. Does pending status apply any restrictions?

Sorry for the delay. The novel turned out to be way more harder than I thought it'd be - it took me almost a month to just read through the second chapter and I still have no clue what's written in about 20% of text. I don't yet want to give up on translation though. From what I see, it will take lots of information digging and asking. I hope I'll manage to do something.
