Actually, I tried googling for sites similar to this, in vain. Realizing that this site is the only one of its kind, I learnt to appreciate it.

Well, since it is a universal law, it applies to me as well (I guess). I really enjoyed reading the translated light novels here. Thus, I will contribute to it.
A bit about myself. A Chinese, half banana now, but going to mutate fully 4 years from now. (I will be studying in UK soon.)

As an editor, I prioritize the smoothness of the flow of the storyline. I'd like to present it to the readers as a novel, not just a grammatically perfect script. The 'taste' of a novel must be there. Thus, sometimes I am forced to change the sentence structure completely; sometimes dropping ridiculously extraneous details. Don't worry, though.
