↑ 手ぶら = Empty Handed. 手ブラ = Hand-Bra. The two words sound exactly the same.
↑ Two Dimensions is mangling Chinese here, and my translation is probably way off, but here goes: “Oka-nee-chan, what are you doing!? Are you playing the character of Jing Tian!? Well!? Do you need to!? Well!? Hmm, so pretty~… really~!”
