Dropping vs Drooping

Project Administrator,

I would like to inquire why exactly is it dropping/drops shoulders instead of drooping/droops shoulders. For now this is the only thing I'm disagreeing with since I never heard of shoulders dropping, but shoulders drooping.

The only thing I can conclude is that the shoulder's position was previously normal at a proper height but it dropped to a lower level indication some level of disappointment or sadness.

Though I'm still thinking it's drooped, indicating that it was hanging downward. Or maybe I just don't think shoulders drop, but rather the level or position of the shoulder dropped to a lower one, thus I would believe it is droop.

Just something I wanted a better understanding of.
