Ahh no no, just wondering, cos some fans were wondering what's taking chapter 4 so long. Is there some trouble or was I just annoying you with that question? *fidgets uncomfortably* [[User:Rozenbach|Rozenbach]] ([[User talk:Rozenbach|talk]]) 17:37, 25 November 2012 (CST)

Translation

Could you please translate 異空間 for me? - YoakeNoHikari 02:24, 25 December 2011 (CST)

It's a proper noun. It refers to a specific space, I think. - YoakeNoHikari 00:59, 26 December 2011 (CST)

I hadn't really looked at it before, but you did a really awesome job on the preface of Horizon. I hope it didn't take you too long to do it, after all, you've your own project to do too : ) - YoakeNoHikari 05:18, 2 January 2012 (CST)

Oh...That's a shame, I thought you made some really good corrections : ( - YoakeNoHikari 03:43, 3 January 2012 (CST)

The reason it's different dimensions there, is because you changed it from Differing Space. Different dimensions seems to imply that the Harmonic States is in another dimension of existence, which it isn't, it's just floating up there in the heavens, named ikuukan. - YoakeNoHikari 02:04, 10 January 2012 (CST)

Hello ^^

Hey, could you take a look at the Shana Volume 1 summary?

SkyFlames07 02:03, 24 May 2011 (UCT)

I will eventually get to it some day in the future. How long in the future that will be I cannot say. Maybe by then someone else would have taken a look at it already.

Don't worry, your summaries are quite understandable. There may be typos or slightly inaccurate uses of words here and there, but they do not affect the meaning that you are trying to convey. Regarding the structure of the summaries, I personally am horrible at summarizing things, that I found out in school, so it'd be best if you don't rely on me for that part ^^ jonathanasdf 02:33, 24 May 2011 (UCT)

Hey Jonathanasdf. Feel free to just edit as recklessly as you please, I have all the pages on my watchlist, so I immediately check any changes anyone makes. Most of the time I don't change anything back unless I feel really strongly about it, as I do make a fair amount of errors. I looked over the prologue discussion page (sweet Jesus that is a lot of hooplah over just one prologue) and I just wanted say some stuff about a few of your concerns. The Celtic Magic minors thing was a grievous mistranslation on my part. What confused me was the fact that minor was in katakana. Thanks for the correction. Also, about Honami's Kansai dialect thing, what I try to do to show that is make her more relaxed in her speaking style, like lots of contractions, shortcuts when speaking, etc. I don't think it's necessary to add a footnote alerting the reader to Honami's speech as I doubt anyone who doesn't know Japanese cares. Sorry about the "eh" thing. I had no idea it was specifically Canadian, I guess I just hear it more often since I live in Detroit? Also, your interpretation of the "If I didn't ask, I would still be a etc etc" line is better than mine, I think. Mine is a little confusing to read. Finally, I think Honami confirming her own equipment makes more sense too after reading your argument. Anyways thanks a bunch for helping to edit, it's always more fun when more people participate.--Amazing Buffalo 20:46, 4 June 2011 (UCT)

Date A Live

Hey, thank you very, very much for translating Date A Live. It's a very great story! But I saw that the latest update is from 26-Mar-2012 - do you still actively translate the novel? --MK13 12:19, 3 May 2012 (CDT)

mind if i ask to translate 調理験習=??? i think its home economics but not confident.....--RikiNutcase 23:38, 21 June 2012 (CDT)RikiNutcase

Home Ec seems to be a good translation, either that or cooking class. I'm not too sure about the Japanese school system, eg whether the class is cooking all year long or if it's more like home ec in america. I don't think it really matters though ^^ --jonathanasdf 00:24, 22 June 2012 (CDT)

oh really.....soo er thanks for your time ill be doing this for ahwhile....*evil smile* oh yea....is it already to add the word "F!@#$k" in the translations cuz im really pondering whether to put that in......--RikiNutcase 07:07, 22 June 2012 (CDT)RikiNutcase
