The Chinese is 飞龙哥哥, which would literally be translated as "(Older)Brother Dragon Rider" It is supposed to be an affectionate term. It sounds cuter in Chinese than in English, so I reduced the translation to simply "Brother."

I think this is referring to the “Sign of the Cross” that Catholics use.

Something like “no shortage of entertainment.” This bit of dialogue sounds sarcastic.
