高須 竜児: This is how the kanji goes. Takasu is the first word, for his last name. His first name has the symbol for dragon, which is written as "Ryuu." Ryuu with two "u's" as that is the word for Dragon. Ryu isn't dragon. Followed by "ji." So personally, I'm all for putting it down as "Takasu Ryuuji" full name.
