I'm here because I wanted to vie for a position as an editor for the novels, but... I feel better with proofreading although if I had to refer to the novels to ensure that the English translations were correct or at least very close to the originals... I'll take somehow a very slow time considering that I don't have a dictionary with me (although that can be fixed).

Even without the help of dictionaries I once attempted a few translations although I never completed it, only for one or two pages... and also I'm reading a few Japanese manga with the only assistance available for me is the Hiragana pronunciation guides for the Kanji that follows it, and have no problem understanding it.

Maybe for the novels I will need a dictionary for sure because the novels mainly... as per se a quote of my friend says, "a Great Wall of Text" and all the Kanji inside the novels do not have a Hiragana pronunciation guide as how you see in a manga, making reading through them harder. Also the original Japanese novels are like the Chinese ones, you read from right to left, and every line is read from top to bottom so I need to get adjusted to that.

As for now, I have no specific projects I want to work on but somehow I'm very interested to work on my favorite: Toradora!. But I don't really have any problem if I were to be assigned to another series provided I can still enjoy them.

My current goals in this field of job I will have to do is of course to gain some skills which I believe will be of benefit some time in the future, even if it's going to happen just by chance...

Okay, now. What more of me should I tell you...? Ask and I shall answer, because that's how I grew up to be...

Oh, please do ask me because I'll be using whatever questions I've been asked to post here for the ease of you guys.
