Can a translator explain what "The reason for that is Naa Naa, to increase my standing in the neighborhood is" means?

I have no idea how to edit this, especially since it's an incomplete sentence.

Also, what does "Ato2" mean? Words aren't supposed to have numbers in them, right???

EDIT: Looks like these numbers are referring to the TL notes. Nevermind then.

I would, however, like to know what obyek means now.
