I like to say that I am possessed of a meticulous nature, but that's just a pedantic way of saying I'm anal retentive. But that's what's made me a decent editor. Having said that, I'm still human--I'll miss things. So I feel no animus towards anyone who might catch me in a legitimate mistake of omission or commission. I'm a bit of an old-fart with something in the neighborhood of twenty years working professionally as a technical editor, including contracts localizing Japanese-to-Nihonglish translations into American English.

I like to say that I am possessed of a meticulous nature, but that's just a pedantic way of saying I'm anal retentive. But that's what makes me a decent editor. Having said that, I'm still human--I'll miss things. So I feel no animus towards anyone who might catch me in a legitimate mistake of omission or commission. But if I believe you're mistaken, I'm likely to change things back and will be glad to present my case with references to: _The_Chicago_Manual_of_Style_, Strunk & White's _Elements_of_Style_, the _Oxford_English_Grammar_, et cetera. Please be prepared to provide like reference sources.

I'm also the editor for the fansubbing group ColorMeSubbed [CMS]. So if you run into any questions or issues with the editing in any of our releases, please feel free to let me know.
