Ellipses

Hi Kotarou, I was looking over your recent edit to SEEN6800/0. I just want to point out that a new rule regarding ellipses was appended to the guidelines last month. Anything following an ellipsis should not have a space in front of it and be lowercase. I've reverted the lines in your last edit to go along with this new rule. Minagi 14:38, 16 January 2008 (PST)
