Regarding about some "Unsure: in Mushoku Tensei..."

Hi! I am a newbie in this kind of forum or lightnovel reader... I happen to speak English, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and other. Writing skill English = Intermediate Mandarin Chinese = Basic Japanese = not at all, But I can read some in english pronunciation. However, this is not the point I want to say..

The main point is I would like to help a bit... (Just a bit with my skill).. Like..., I am currently reading Mushoku Tensei... and I would like to help use something like .. Unsure..... Unsure: 　パックスは神託とかをもらって動いてたんじゃないのだろうか。..... ( Isn't that Pax moving or doing as Hitogami instructed?)
