IP mishap

tl;dr the block system think the last IP by banned account JannaBoelter is 127.0.0.1. There may be a misconfigure somewhere (or maybe it a one time thing due to a maintenance happening at the same moment ?)

I did a stopgap measure by altering the block so it doesn't autoblock other account with the same IP. No other complains so far.

I cann't access to the 'Recent Changes' Page - This is the message that I see:
