I will now reproduce the events of the 4th Bottom Level Speedrun of the Tokyo Depths as a narrative to the best of my ability.
The Tokyo Liberation led to the formation of the Tokyo Depths in Underground Tokyo.
The many levels of that massive dungeon are said to be an open-world-style alternate world managed by the Motherless Mother, but it was the 4th Bottom Level Speedrun which led to a reassessment of the world.
This will be a long story.
The characters in that story are still working at a 5th and 6th attempt, so you can use this to follow in their footsteps.
