Talk:Kino no Tabi:Volume5 Chapter4

On page 80 there's the following passage:「俺がおとりに出る。あの穴まで走るから。やつが顔を出したら仕留めろ。俺の腕の一本や二本は、今回我慢だ。」

And the translation goes like this: "I’ll be the decoy. I’ll run to that hole, and if he shows his face, take him down. Whether it’s an arm or two, this time, be patient."

The latter part seems quite odd, I believe that 「腕の一本や二本」is an expression, but i can't figure out what it means.

Wow... Did you check the original text? *0* I'm really new to this and I'm not so confident with some parts of my translation, so I'm glad someone checked! Thank you so much!

About that phrase, I thought it fits the context well so I did not check for idioms and translated it literally. I'm not sure if it's an expression, but I do know that 'ude' or arm refers to 'skill'. I checked some of my references but no luck. Maybe it's rare? If you do find out, feel free to edit the text ^_^
