This was such a good part. I love how earlier Chitanda said she envied Oreki's ability to "never get excited..." and here he is, yelling from the fourth floor of the building. It must have been embarrassing for him, as well as "energy-using". It really does show how much he's changed that he couldn't help but help his friends.
