Name Change

I am changing the use of "Shu-Vi" for the following reasons:

1. シュヴィ is a transliteration of the French surname Chevit.
2. "Shu-Vi" implies that the name is meant to be read as two parts when it is not. <it confuses people>

3. I'm sorry, but "Shu-vi" looks retarded, full stop. <it doesn't seem like a name>

This is against my personal recommendation, but If DrinkingWater or any of our editors don't like it, feel free to revert it.
