Treasury of the Blood Pledged Castle
(Though named as "treasury", it's more like a storeroom for things from here and there that we can't categorize.)
Takabayashi sensei: These PAPER related pieces I've been asked on many occasions to write, but the ones here are from the time when the anime was just starting and we were doing the FAIRs. Recently I've been upset how I don't seem to have enough ideas (for writing this kind of PAPER pieces)....but looking at these retrospectively, in the past I wrote such ORTHODOX things. And they're not long either (laughs)
Editor G: And somehow when we noticed they're already being repeated in the anime and the CDs and on other occasions and becoming recurring neta-s in the story.
T-sensei: That did happen, like with Greta saying "I want to marry papa" and with the art-clumsy three brothers. .......But it feels off here because in this "Mother and son" piece I meant there to be a very relaxed composition of the second son teasing a shocked Shibuya and smirking.
Editor G: That.... can it be just a case of Conrad being found out later to be someone not really relaxed (and also a little bit naive)?
T-sensei: Right, just a success in the "add some incompetence" mission! Anyway, whether the second son is more like his father or mother in love affairs, the HURDLEs for his TABOOs must be fairly low.
Editor G: I agree. He seems like the type to consider every encounter as "adding to experience" and to take everyone coming his way.
T-sensei: .....Uh, maybe not to the point of that....
