I've half a mind to XD But it seems as if they're off limits ^^;; Wow.... I've read up to book 17 O.O What does the 'unlicensed' thing above this mean???

I am not sure about 'licensed' thing, but isn't translating it for free considered the same as fanart and staff? As long as you dont sell it, you should be able to be able to translate just fine. It's not like all of us have th possibility of buying it anyway.
