That night, Kodzuchi Fuyufu was feeling depressed on top of her bed.

The reason of her depression was the box in front of her.『CtG』-use Ramiel package without any sex appeal. Just recently, a new type with improved usability and design change had just released so the price of old ones drops and sold in nearly half price. But even so.

The pocket money she planned on using till next year had all blown away because of buying that. Unless she takes a part-time job she won’t have any money to play outside.

Despite that, when his mother presents him a new game Yuu would went crazy about it and ended up not showing himself in her room.

I’ll ask my mom so Fufuyu can have the game as well, so will you play with me── like that, he proposed to her once, but she flatly refused. She doesn’t really know the definite reason why she rejects the idea that much, but it just somehow felt resenting for her.

In that Fuyufu’s room, there is the memento of Yuu’s mother, the『Cradle to The Glaive』 terminal(entrance).

After many years of witnessing his mother complex issues, Fuyufu understand very well about Yuu’s feeling for 『CtG』. That’s why she planned to let him play it till he satisfied. However, as result of that, Fuyufu met a dubious woman named Kugimiya Miharu and a strange child calling herself Haruha.

And those mysterious who-know-from-where girls appear to be living in Kasugai household.

That’s it, waiting won’t do any good. Even if I continue to wait, Yuu won’t come to this room anymore.

And that Haruha kid also said──『Mommy and daddy… you see… are 《married》 inside the game!”』. And currently, the only game Yuu would be playing is nothing but 『CtG』. Whatever is happening it must be in that game.

Therefore Fuyufu open the Ramiel box akin to the myth of Pandora. Disaster and chaos might befall to Fuyufu’s world as she open this box in order to seek for the truth of Yuu’s current situation. But.

“He was the one who invited me to play game to begin with── I will surely make him take responsibility for this!”

Kugimiya Miharu was staring her own face in front of washbasin mirror.

Woke up, eat simple breakfast, go shopping, met Fuyufu and made a ruckus, play game then die once, listening to ridiculous story about human computer, watching Haruha’s fierce fight, then battle Memento who cornered her, somehow manage to teleport away from the onlookers, and when return to real world he ate a cub ramen for dinner, and then took a shower.

Finally, Kasugai Yuu’s helplessly long day is over. The day made his heart and brain ran wild, enough for him to feel uncomfortable in the room he lived in for nearly ten years.

Above his familiar bed, Yuu let out a big sigh. As the string of tension finally cut off, his exhausted body tries to relax itself.

He had calmed down right now, but right after he logged out he vomited everything inside him due to the aftershock of the overwhelming tension he had, moreover he uses his nerve more in order to not let Haruha notice. Even eating dinner took all energy he had left; it certainly doesn’t feel like he won at all.

And Haruha who Yuu finally able to protect is now sleeping right next to him. She curled up like a cat and with her twig-like finger she grabs hold on Yuu’s shirt. When he was trying to fix the sifted towel blanket, she let out sweet “Nyuu” sound.

──No matter how long today had become, if it means to be able to see this sleeping face again then it’s a cheap price to pay.

(I had always wondered what this girl really is but……)

A strange child born from inside his mother’s game. People involved with the country saying that it was the product of “A method to create new humanity” top-secret plan though. In matter of slaughtering, they’re the strongest being in virtual world.

They were shown the fact in merely 2 days── Haruha is “something different” that is completely different from him. A child, whose purpose of existence is unknown to him.

But, even by admitting that, his heart had already made decision. In here there is him, Haruha, Miharu, and he felt that this situation is not bad.

This feeling might be like the one he had towards his mother. Even though he didn’t know anything about her, even if he often irritated by her, in the end he don’t feel bad about it.

It means, he loves Haruha. He loves his mother.

He had finally able to admit such simple thing.

That is why, after this all he have to do is to face everything straightforwardly.

(Me, who were like running away from Haruha, can’t possibly say goodbye to mom)

While talking to himself inside his head, he speaks to the small finger holding his shirt.

“I’m sorry Haruha…… I really am good-for-noting. Even though I knew you from the moment you were born, I can’t even understand your feeling”

The voice came from the just-open door. It was Miharu who left Haruha with Yuu and went to bathroom for sleeping preparation. In a pajama she just brought today, she appeared to be more restless than before.

Regardless, the pajama she is wearing is summer-use with thin fabric and her barefoot below her knee looked really smooth and bright, she sure has enough charm to make Yuu embarrassed just by looking at her.

Miharu come near the bed, but appeared to be hesitating. The beautiful thin pink nail on her tow shrinks. Even so Miharu straighten her will and climb the bed.

After receiving faint voice of agreement, Yuu turned off the light with the remote controller. Just like last night, a beautiful river were drawn below the pale moonlight.

For a while, only the sound of Haruha’s sleeping breath and Miharu’s restless sound of rustling clothes was heard. From what it seemed, Miharu and Yuu of course won’t be able to sleep for a while.

And the one who sleep between Miharu and himself is his “daughter” who was born in the game world, Haruha. While having name derived from Fuyufu, she is the strong cramp that connects Yuu and Miharu together, spoiled, the cutest in the world, new family.
