To everyone who has read this book, and to those who plan to read it after this, and to those who have it in their hands, thank you very much. This is Uesu Tetsuto. With that out of the way, and despite the fact that this is the last volume in the series, I’m pleased to announce that the new OVA and BD will be going on sale! I’m truly grateful for the help of everyone involved that has made this possible. If possible, and by all means, please support us by buying the product! And although this is a fascicle of the initial tenth volume, this volume is also the largest in the series’ history, and possesses the greatest increase in lines from the last volume.   I’m glad I was able to get the full cast in for the final climax. Takashi and the others in particular, who I managed to fit in to let them come help out as well. I was glad I could give them a part to shine in as well. As for the story, after this I intend to make a story featuring the Divine Realm, and focusing not on Basara, but Jin’s story instead. It wouldn’t be a work called Shinmai Maou No Testament anymore, huh? …I guess so, anyway. And as much as it’ll feature Jin facing who knows what enemies and who knows how strong he’ll be in carrying all that out, it won’t be the curtain call on Basara and the others’ story, of course. This volume is to be the very end of it all, after all, and one more volume will be coming featuring the epilogue of the series. It will feature Hasegawa’s Master-Servant Vow with Basara that was secretly done in detail; a small, summarized part of the short story series I’ve been writing up until now. I’d be really happy for all of us to be in this together till the very end. Allow me to give my thanks to all those involved with this series. To Okuma-san from Nitroplus, thank you once again for another fantastic batch of illustrations! The way you depicted Shiba's final form was simply amazing. I also can’t thank you enough for the technical ideas you’ve provided as well. And to Miyako-sensei, whose efforts on the manga have come to an end at last––good work and thank you very much. The Shinmai series could only have come this far thanks to Miyako-sensei’s manga, and I’m very grateful for your aid once again. To the anime staff, I am in your debt. Speaking of the OVAs, as much as various hurdles have risen from our users, I very much look forward to hearing your response nonetheless. And for an unprecedented success and in regards to the smooth sailing of our schedule for the release of this 11th volume, I say this to the producers, the designers, the editors, the sales staff, and everyone else involved; I know all of you have worked really hard with me. I sincerely thank you all for that, and I hope you’ll all stick with me throughout the process of making the next portion of the Shinmai series! Of course, my biggest thanks goes to the bookstores and to all of you who have bought this book.   Well then, I hope you’ll all look forward to the next and final volume of the series!
