mapo tofu

I changed this to mabodofu because that's the Japanese name for it. A more common name for it would be mapo doufu; if you want the word that's most widespread, this would probably be it, but like many Chinese dishes, there isn't one specific term used in English. Most people won't know what it is no matter what word you use for it anyway. For those who don't know, it's a Szechuan-style spicy tofu dish of Chinese origin.
