"Black thrush" is not proper english. The correct name for the bird known as クロウタドリ is Blackbird, Common Blackbird or Eurasian Blackbird (in the U.S. and Canada). About the "white thrush", I have yet to see the name cited, but if it´s クロツグミ (the closer match I found), then the correct term is Japanese thrush.
