About the addressing between Kyon and Asahina, I don't think either Asahina ỏ Kyon would be comfortable if Kyon address her as "chị". Even in Japanese, he didn't add the "senpai" suffix, but just "san" as calling his friend. Thus, in VNese, we should just use "cô ấy", or "cô nàng" for the occasion when Kyon address Asahina as a thrid party and "cậu - tớ", polite way in Vnese when they talk to each other. That's my opinion.
