About the "72 Pillars" that Raizer and Kiba mentioned, I think they're related to the list of demons mentioned Lesser Key of Solomon (Wikipedia does wonders, yeah). Interestingly enough, Gremory and Phoenix are definitely one of the 72, with the former related to "love of women" and the latter related to "fire".
For those who dig theology, it is also the number of demon lords that were said to inhabit hell. Some reason that they are the original fallen that went down under with big Lu himself. All bullcrap ofc, there are really 374 or so (they are still discussing it) and some 75000 lesser devils (they got some zeroes wrong in the original). Don't think it is on wiki...but you could probably get some fun stuff out of liber demonica on the subject. I personally find it hilarious. For those who don't want to take alternative bible class, I recommend reading angel sanctuary (a manga) and watching supernatural. --Novium 21:24, 18 December 2011 (CST)
