The first 3 lines are unique. I think the table of contents are redundant for now but this might serve as a possible template when the whole volume is converted into pdf for easy access into the chapters (hopefully one day, that will happen).--[[User:Suiri Megami Alice|Suiri Megami Alice]] 22:42, 20 December 2011 (CST)

I have a rephrase of the "First of all" section that has a slightly different meaning than the current one, so I'm posting here to get confirmations/rejections/more edits before changing what's currently on the page.
