Line 2174 SEEN 6802[edit]

I hope you were just meaning my sleepy mistype of "Tide" for Ushio (Ushio mean's tide.. and my mind was slowing down) ...

Otherwise that is what it says...

from context.. back about 100 lines (yeah...) to 2084 ... Ibuki-sensei squats down and embraces her, then picks her up at Tomoya's request (and Ushio's acceptance) .. she holds her throughout the encounter with Yashino-san ... and is still holding her when Fuu comes up ...

maybe the wording is throwing you? .. basically the line says that Tomoya introduces Fuu-chan to Ushio who is being held by Ibuki-sensei .. howevr the line makes no mention of Fuu-chan, it is simply implied.. thus I chose:

"I introduce Ushio who is still being held by Ibuki-sensei."

maybe "I introduce Ushio, who is still being held by Ibuki-sensei."

  • 伊吹- Ibuki
  • 先生- Sensei
  • に - location / place marker
  • 抱かれた - to he beld, to be held in arms, to be lifted up
  • まま - as it is / as one lines / because
  • の - possession marker
  • 汐 - Ushio (tide)
  • を - object marker
  • 紹介 introduction/referal
  • した - to have done (although we are making everything present tense, so "する" to do).

This same whole thing is repeated in the "Ibuki-san" version of the passage (\l{D}) which occurs if you somehow make choices not in the Fuuko-route (i guess, because the ibuki-sensei version Tomoya feels nestolgic, and in the ibuki-san version he does not).

crazy english[edit]

yeah i dont think i put the same disclaimer on 6802... I tend to be more literal and true to the japanese... most of the time anyhow... so a lot of my translations will be more or less japanese grammar verbatim ... so feel free to make them more english :)

ill try to hit the "missed" sections later... I just got to a huge block of completed text so I stopped... well and because I am dead tired... but apparently can't sleep.
