I'm not quite so sure this should be up to the opinion of myself and the editors. Onizuka has been coming to you whether or not something from a 3rd party could be put up on the project page, and that was for a reason. Chapters from outside should always be brought to you and approved by you before being put on the project page. You had denied them in that past, and you can deny them now. Cheers.
