So somewhat belatedly, I wanted to ask for permission to host your translation of that chapter in a similar vein to how Volume 2 was hosted.

−	: This had nothing to do with the copy/paste. I've known about that for ages. It was withdrawn (along with any other copies of our work which were physically hosted here) purely for liability reasons.
