I can guess the reason why the current translation doesn't have them, but I believe having them would be nice for the nuances. Mainly to know how characters address one another in order to gauge endearment and respect, but also for connotation purposes that'll help towards character building, or mapping archetype design. By the way, Dalian addresses others most of the time with insults or nicknames, if memory serves me right. Honorifics are often omitted completely, too, or just happen to be 卿 or 様, which can be perfectly transcribed into English. Mh... and I'm still wavering whether I should watch the anime or not.
