Translation issues
Foreign words
Words in other languages will be used where appropriate when characters would logically be speaking in their own language. This mainly goes for character speech, but I'll probably change things and just give a translation if it gets needlessly awkward. I will keep ranks in their respective languages until the entire squadron meets up and starts speaking in Britannian.
Some issues - in Chap 1, it've been a bit inconsistent, and just used translated terms, like Imperial Ground Forces, but kept ranks and things as Chuu-sa, etc. Need to do something about that.

Still deciding what ranks to use once everyone gets together. They all speak Britannian, so it'd make sense to use BAF ranks, but those get long and awkward. USAAF ranks would be a lot more accessible for most people, since they just followed army ranks, which most people are more familiar with.

Punctuation
I will be using British styles for dealing with punctuation and quotation marks. This means that the position of commas and periods will follow logic, and not always end up inside quotation marks. Other than this, I'll be using American English for spelling.
Speech quotation marks will use a double quotation mark "...".
Preferred order for ! and ? is '!?'.
