− | I actually wasn't all too sure about the System Kitchen thing myself as I just transliterated it, but you can find it mentioned in the third paragraph of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_kitchen#The_kitchen_in_the_Taisho_period. It's basically referring to a standard kitchen setup. |

The # represents how many rooms/bedrooms it has, and DK stands for a separate dining room/kitchen or LDK means a living room/dining room/kitchen.
